Clarity Software adds automated quote follow-ups to Clarity Go, helping print and sign firms recover sales and save administrative time.
Clarity Software has added automatic quote follow-ups to Clarity Go. The feature automatically follows up on outstanding quotations on a schedule set by the business. This saves time on the sales desk, recovers work that could otherwise be lost, and keeps the quoting process consistent from end to end.

There is no need to maintain a list of open quotations or to have the sales and accounts team work through them manually. Automated follow-ups generate proactive responses that continue through busy periods, when they would otherwise be left or even missed. There is revenue to recover, because a quotation that receives no answer is rarely a lost sale, it is an unfinished one. Every quotation is followed up the same way, so the process continues whoever is handling it.
Sam Yarnall, Sales and Marketing Director at Clarity Software Group, says, “A quotation that has not been answered is still live, and it is the cheapest sales opportunity a business has, because the customer has already asked you for a price. This new feature makes sure every one of them is followed up at a time the business chooses, without anyone having to track it. Most of the time, the customer hasn’t said no, they just haven’t got round to saying yes yet.”
Businesses set their own response schedule and can customise the subject line and message using their own wording and available placeholders. Reminders are enabled company-wide in Clarity Go and can be disabled for an individual quotation. If a quotation has been revised, a business can choose to follow up only on the latest version.
Sam concludes, “The control matters as much as the automation. You can switch it on across the business and still turn it off for a single quotation. You can also choose to chase only the latest revision, so nobody is reminded of a price you have already replaced. Get that right, and your team spends less time chasing and more time winning.”
Automatic quote follow-ups are part of the planned development programme for Clarity Go and are available now, included in the platform.
