UK distributor adds further range of industrial UV flatbed and hybrid printers to its fast-growing portfolio
China Print Supplies (CPS) has entered into a distribution agreement with Shenzhen Dlican Digital Technology Co., Ltd. to supply the manufacturer’s range of UV printers to the UK market.
The agreement gives UK print businesses access to Dlican’s portfolio of UV printing equipment, including UV flatbed printers, UV printers with visual positioning, UV hybrid printers, and UV cylindrical printers. Models vary from compact desktop units to large-format industrial systems, with bed sizes ranging from 1m x 1m to 4m x 2.5m.

The decision to partner with Dlican follows the company’s rapid growth in international markets. Dlican had a significant presence at the recent PRINTING United Expo in the US, a market that has seen more than 50 machines installed in less than a year.

Dlican specialises in the research, development, design, production, and sales of UV printers for industrial applications. The range includes large-format flatbed models such as the DLI-3325 (3.3m x 2.5m) and DLI-4025 (4m x 2.5m), both equipped with up to 16 Ricoh Gen 6 printheads. The DLI-3325 can handle 10×5 boards or two 8×4 boards simultaneously, whilst the DLI-4025 accommodates three 8×4 boards at once. Smaller format options include the DLI-1010 (1m x 1m) with up to 4 printheads and 350mm print height, the DLI-1215 (1200 x 1600mm) with integrated rotary unit, and the DLI-1016, DLI-1216 and DLI-1612 models.
Hybrid printer options include the DLI-1688s (1.6m) with up to 18 Ricoh Gen 6 heads and the DLI-3300s (3.2m) with up to 30 printheads, available with leather or mesh belt configurations. Specialist models include the DLI-1319P, which features AI visual positioning, continuous belt scanning technology, and the DLI-360 automatic shape-mapping rotary printer for curved or irregular objects.
The UV printer range offers several operational benefits to print businesses. UV-LED curing technology ensures instant drying, allowing for quicker turnaround times and immediate finishing. The systems are built for durability in production settings, providing consistent output quality over long print runs. UV printing also supports a broad variety of substrates without pre-treatment, expanding the range of applications available to print service providers.
Running costs are lowered thanks to efficient LED curing systems that use less energy than traditional UV lamps, while the instant curing process removes drying time and related production delays.
