All our vans are fully equipped with 6.5m of Boss mobile scaffolding, 110v tools and generators.

We carry out high-level installations, maintenance and surveys.

We are also in partnership with nationwide access, which supplies all-size access machines as and when required.

We are also registered to carry commercial waste.

All our engineers are experienced in all aspects of the sign industry: neon, LEDs, all flexface systems, vinyl, illuminated, non-illuminated and ground work.

Company History

Birch Sign Services have been trading since 1987.

Lou Birch started as an apprentice working for harold Bloom Signs, where he spent five years training to be an installation engineer, once the five years was completed he bought his own van and installed signs all over the UK.

He left Harold Bloom signs in 1992 and started to work for many other sign companies including Pearce Signs, Blaze Neon, Hawes Signs and many more, due to the amount of work he gradually started to take on more crews to the point where by the year 2000 he had twenty five installation teams working all over the UK and Europe carrying out many high profile jobs such as Eurodisney in France, Ford Europe head office in Germany and many more.

We currently stand at 15 two man crews but we have partnerships with various other sub-contractors all over the UK which gives us the ability to install signs anywhere in the UK at any given time.
