1st Northern commenced trading on 1st May 1995, by selling Health & Safety posters to companies throughout the Northwest. Whilst selling the posters, companies enquired into other related products, and gradually we increased our range of products and services.
In 1999 1st Northern acquired its first industrial unit, and further increased its range of services. But after only 2 years it became necessary to further increase in size, and in 2001 purchased our current 4,000 sq ft factory unit in Barber Street, St.Helens.
In April 2003 1st Northern was incorporated, and became known as The 1st Northern Sign Company Limited, and has continued to trade under this name to this day.
We have always strived for excellence as a standard requirement, and are confident in our ability to satisfy clients needs with a quality product. Our customers now range from small local companies to multi-national organisations and local government.
