Antalis Packaging has expanded its machinery portfolio with the launch of the FillPak Mini, a compact paper void fill converter developed by Ranpak.
Antalis Packaging has announced the launch of the FillPak Mini. Developed by Ranpak, the compact and versatile paper void fill converter will join the supplier’s extensive range of packaging machinery from March.

The business states that the new solution is designed to deliver full-size performance within a significantly reduced footprint. The machine serves as a go-to packing tool for operations where space-saving, configurability, and ergonomics remain a priority. Antalis notes that the equipment is a smart addition to its growing range of void fill and cushioning solutions, helping businesses protect products effectively during transit.
The FillPak Mini combines operational performance with a compact footprint measuring just 309 by 284 by 210 mm. Despite its smaller size, the system delivers reliable and consistent paper void fill to secure goods and minimise movement within cartons. To ensure ease of use, the unit features simple controls alongside adjustable batch mode and pad length settings, allowing it to adapt to different packing requirements. Furthermore, a slow feed button and CE-compliant safety features help create a safer working environment for operators.
Regarding consumables, the machine is compatible with the full range of FillPak 50 to 70 gsm paper grades. This compatibility includes GrasiKraft, Premium Kraft, Recycled Kraft, and Ecoline options. According to Antalis, these materials provide both high-performance protection and more sustainable packaging choices for environmentally conscious operations.
Steve Marples, Antalis Packaging Category Manager, comments on the launch. He says, “The FillPak Mini is an important addition to our void fill portfolio. Many customers are looking for compact solutions that do not compromise on performance or operator safety. This machine gives them the flexibility to improve efficiency while maintaining protection standards and supporting their sustainability goals.”
In addition to supplying the hardware, Antalis Packaging specialists are available to visit customer sites to provide live demonstrations of the FillPak Mini. During these visits, the team can carry out a comprehensive packaging audit. This service enables Antalis to recommend the most suitable void fill and cushioning solutions to optimise product protection, operational efficiency, and overall cost.
