Antalis acquires Fortuna Digital

The binding agreement strengthens Antalis’ position into the Eastern and Adriatic European markets

Antalis has signed a binding agreement to acquire Fortuna Digital, a major player in the Visual Communication sector and supplier of digital printing in Europe. This acquisition represents a key milestone in Antalis’ growth and innovation strategy, consolidating its product portfolio and client network across the European continent.

The agreement is subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions precedent.

Founded in 1990, Fortuna Digital has established itself as a regional supplier to the digital printing industry. The company, with a presence in several European countries including Croatia, Serbia, Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia and Austria, generates revenues of over 19 million euros and employs 75people.

Fortuna Digital offers to its customers a wide range of products and services, including high-quality printers, display systems, high-end self-adhesive film and eco-responsible media. It has strong relationships with key manufacturers of digital printing equipment demonstrated in its show rooms.

This acquisition enables Antalis to extend its reach in the Visual Communication sector in this region.
